explosion of expression

a deepening,
a release
breaking free
~ awareness
of the soles of my feet,
my breath,
every fibre of my being
moving,
dancing,
breathing,
feeling,
centering
~ integration
from the ground up
connected,
power,
energy from the earth
feel your feet
feel your body
beyond time
~ barefoot beauty
pleasure in sensation
dancing beyond the lines
inside the body
inside the mind
clarity.
